Jan Shakti Party of India is a registered political party under Section 29A of the Representation of People Act, 1951 as a Political Party & Party Registration No. is 56/216/2014/PPS-I. Following the Preamble to our Constitution, Jan Shakti Party of India envisions an India, free of corruption, which is a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, Democratic Republic. Jan Shakti Party of India resolves to secure for all the citizens: Justice for all, Liberty of thought, expression, faith, Equality for individuals and communities. The Party Shall bear true faith and allegiance to the constitution of India as by law established and to the principle of socialism, secularism, and democracy and would uphold the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India.
